  1. ...And let me just say, it really depends on the bartender! There's a place that serves them here, and one day a friend and I went and they were terrific. Took M there a few days later -- disaster, and he says he never wants to try one again. Consistency in a bar/restaurant -- is that too much to ask?

  2. Close. add a bit more sugar and ice water. the icewater helps keep the icecubes from melting so fast. (only from experience do i know this!)
